Iranian actor Ashkan Khatibi to stage ‘10 Years of Solitude’

Iranian actor Ashkan Khatibi is to stage play titled ‘10 Years of Solitude’.

Iranian actor Ashkan Khatibi has been scheduled to stage a concert play titled ‘10 Years of Solitude’.

The performance will be staged on July 23-24, 2018, in Tehran's Vahdat Theater Hall.

It will be performed by 'Rock the Pen' band, including three thespians, six musicians and three choir singers.

The play is a co-production by Khatibi and graphic designer, illustrator and concept artist Soheil Danesh-Eshraqi as art director of the project.

Born in 1978, Khatibi has a bachelor’s degree in Theater from the Islamic Azad University.

Some movies which he has appeared in include ‘So Close, So Far’, ‘Absolutely Tame is a Horse’, and ‘The Rules of Accidents’.

Among the series he had roles in are ‘Travel Companion’, ‘Time of Rebellion’, ‘Breathless’, ‘On the Way to Zayandeh Roud’ and ‘Relatively Bad Guys’.

Khatibi has also hosted the shows ‘The House of New Design’ and ‘Chat’.

ifilm English TV has aired some of the movies and series he starred in, including 'A Share for a Friend', 'That's not the Way', 'It Might Happen to You', 'A Fistful of Eagle Feathers', 'Mehrabad’, ‘Lean on the Wind’, 'Pejman', and 'If My Dad Were Alive'.
